Here is a quick video on how to remove a soft close slide drawer or basket.
Open your drawer all the way.
You will see a black little lever on either side of the drawer that is mounted in the metal hardware.
On the Left side, push the lever UP and on the Right side push the lever DOWN.
While doing this, slide the drawer out further then lift up drawer out of the metal hardware track.
